SkyHigh Realty NYC is a boutique rental brokerage powered by software we built ourselves. We work with two clients — tenants and landlords — and we use AI to take the friction out of every step in between.
Renting in New York is famously brutal. You spend a weekend touring eight apartments, three of which are gone before you can apply, two of which were misrepresented online, and the one you actually like comes with a 15% broker fee that nobody mentioned until the lease was on the table.
We started SkyHigh because we believed software could fix the worst parts of that — without replacing the agent in the middle. Our AI handles the work that should be automated: matching, pre-qualification, document parsing, comp analysis, scheduling. Our agents handle the work that shouldn't be automated: the conversation, the negotiation, the judgment.
Listing a property is just as broken from the other side. Landlords field forty unqualified inquiries to find one real applicant; the inventory sits longer than it should; the leasing process takes weeks of email instead of hours of work. We rebuilt that workflow too.
Today we represent more than 500 active rental units across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx, placing several hundred tenants a year. Our average days-on-market sits about 30% below the city median. Half our inventory is no-fee. We answer the phone the day you call.
